The Minister of Energy has, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.
Schedule

In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by Government Notice of 02 March 2021.
| 2. | Substitution of Regulation that was promulgated on 05 February 2021 in the Government Gazette. |

3. Commencement
These Regulations will come into operation at 00h01 on 03 March 2021.
