Department of Mineral Resources and Energy
The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), made the Regulations set out in the Schedule. This substitutes the Schedule that was promulgated on 03 May 2022.

These Regulations will come into operation at 00h01 on 01 June 2022.
