All inspectors who were issued identity cards prior to the promulgation of these regulations, may continue to utilise their current identity cards, notwithstanding that they do not comply with the requirements set out in regulation 5, for a period of three years from the date of promulgation of these regulations, after which all inspectors' identity cards must comply with the requirements set out in regulation 5.
