1)	When the Minister, MEC or delegated organ of state, as the case may be, has reached a final decision on an appeal, the appellant and each respondent must be notified of the decision and the extent to which the decision appealed against is upheld or overturned in writing.

2)	Reasons for the decision must on written request be given to the appellant or a respondent in writing.
