An importer or exporter of chemicals listed in Annexure I to these Regulations, must keep accurate and up to date records that reflect—
| (a) | the actual quantities of the chemicals imported or exported; |
| (b) | the origin or source of the chemicals; |
| (c) | the actual use or application of the chemicals imported or exported; |
| (d) | the destination of the chemicals; and |
| (e) | the date of import or export. |
