I, Barbara Dallas Creecy, Minister of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries, hereby under section 44(1)(aA) of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998) make regulations to phase-out the use, production, distribution, sale, import and export of persistent organic pollutants, set out the Schedule hereto.
