No person may produce, distribute, import, export, sell or use any of the following listed substances:
| (a) | Hexabromocyclododecane; |
| (b) | Hexachlorobutadiene; |
| (c) | Polychlorinated naphthalenes; |
| (d) | Decabromodiphenyl ether; |
| (e) | Short-chain chlorinated paraffins; and |
| (f) | Periluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), its salts and PFOA-related compounds. |
