Penalties |
| (1) | A person convicted of an offence under these Regulations is liable to: |
| (a) | a fine not exceeding 5 million Rands or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 5 years in the case of a first offence; |
| (b) | in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, a fine not exceeding 10 million Rands or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 10 years, or in both instances, to both such fine and such imprisonment. |
