| 1) | A Council of Defence is hereby established, which consists of— |
| a) | the Minister; |
| b) | the Deputy Minister of Defence, if one is appointed; |
| c) | the Secretary for Defence; |
| d) | the Chief of the Defence Force; and |
| e) | any other person co-opted by the Minister. |
| 2) | The Council of Defence conducts its business in accordance with such rules and procedures as the Minister may determine. |
