The Intelligence Division must, in accordance with any policy, procedure or norm determined by the Minister and in consultation with the National Intelligence Agency established by section 3 of the Intelligence Services Act, 1994 (Act 38 of 1994), conduct and institute counterintelligence measures and activities within—
| a) | the Ministry of Defence; |
| b) | the Department; and |
| c) | the Armaments Development and Production Corporation of South Africa, Limited, established in terms of section 2 of the Armaments Development and Production Act, 1968 (Act 57 of 1968). |
