Chapter 6 : Defence Intelligence

In this Chapter, unless the context indicates otherwise—

a)	'defence intelligence' includes-

i)	'counterintelligence';

ii)	'departmental intelligence';

iii)	'domestic military intelligence';

iv)	'foreign military intelligence'; and

v)	'national security intelligence', as defined in the National Strategic Intelligence Act, 1994 (Act 39 of 1994);

b)	'Intelligence Division' means the Intelligence Division of the Defence Force contemplated in section 33;

c)	'Review Board' means the Personnel Security Review Board established in terms of section 40(1).
