The National Railway Safety Regulator Act, 2002 (Act No. 16 of 2002), has been updated with the Determination of Safety Permit Fees for 2024/2025 Financial Year, as per Notice No. 2393 of GG50391, dated 28 March 2024.

The Immigration Act 2002, (Act No. 13 of 2002), has been updated with the Second Amendment of the Immigration Regulations, 2014, as per Notice No. R.4588 of G50419 dated 28 March 2024.
The Competition Act, 1998 (Act No. 89 of 1998), has been updated with a Notice in terms of Section 10(7) of the Act (as amended): South African Petroleum Industry Association Granted Conditional Exemption, as per Notice No. 4561 of GG50391 dated 28 March 2024.
The World Heritage Convention Act, 1999 (Act No. 49 of 1999), has been updated with the Declaration of the MEC responsible for the environment in the Gauteng Province as the Management Authority for the Fossil Hominid site of Sterkfontein, Swartkrans, Kromdraai and environs (Cradle of Humankind) World Heritage Site, as per Notice No. 4508 of GG50293 dated 15 March 2024.

The Trust Property Control Act, 1988 (Act No. 57 of 1988), has been updated with Amendments to Regulation 3E under Notice No. R. 1540 1993: Regulations under the Trust Property Control Act, 1988, as per Notice No. R.4510 of GG50296, dated 15 March 2024.

The Public Service Act, 1994 (Act No. 103 of 1994), has been updated with the Amendment of Part A of Schedule 3 to the Public Service Act, 1994: Judicial Inspectorate for Correctional Services, as per Proclamation 159 of GG50273, dated 8 March 2024.
The Plant Improvement Act, 1976 (Act No. 53 of 1976), has been updated with Amendment of Regulations - Table 1: Fees Payable from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 under Notice No. R.1064 of 1980 – Establishment, Varieties, Plants and Propagating Material, as per Notice No. R.4366 of GG50129 dated 16 February 2024.
The Petroleum Pipelines Levies Act, 2004 (Act No. 28 of 2004) has been updated with the Levy and Interest payable on Petroleum Pipelines Industry - 2023/24 financial year, as per Notice No. 4465 of GG50367 dated 25 March 2024.
The Perishable Products Export Control Act, 1983 (Act No. 9 of 1983), has been updated with Statutory Fees (Levies) on Perishable Products – effective 1 April 2024, per Board Notice 576 of GG50292, dated 15 March 2024.
The Non-Profit Organisations Act, 1997 (Act No. 71 of 1997), has been updated with Regulations in Respect of Amendments to the Nonprofit Organisation Act, 1997 as contained in the General Laws Amendment Act, 2022 (Act No. 22 of 2022), as per Notice No. 3414 of GG48610, dated 8 May 2023.
The National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under Notice No. 542 of 5 April 2019 - Regulations laying down the procedure to be followed for the adoption of Spatial Tools or Environmental Management Instruments contemplated in Section 24(2)(c) and (e)., as per Notice No. 4494 of GG50289, dated 13 March 2024.
The National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998) has been updated with the Caledon-Modder Subsystem – Limiting the use of water in terms of item 6 of Schedule 3 of the National Water Act of 1998 for Urban and Irrigation purposes from the dams within the Caledon-Modder Subsystem, as per Notice No. 4507 of GG50292, dated 15 March 2024.
The National Forest Act, 1998 (Act No. 84 of 1998) has been updated with the Annual List of all Tree Species which are protected under Section 12 of the National Forests Act 1998, as per Notice No. 4496 of GG50291, dated 13 March 2024.
The National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996) has been updated with the National Policy for Determining School Calendars for Public Schools in South Africa, as per Notice No. 4518 of GG50309 dated 19 March 2024.
The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with the Registration of a Trade Union - Mzansi Workers Union (MZAWU) LR 2/6/2/3510, as per Notice No. R.4509 of GG50296, dated 15 March 2024.
The Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974), has been updated with the Amendment to Regulation 2 of the Regulations relating to the Names that may not be used in relation to the Profession of Optometry under N1212 of 2004, as per Notice No. 4499 of GG50292, dated 15 March 2024.
The Gas Regulator Levies Act, 2002 (Act No. 75 of 2002) has been updated with the Levy and Interest payable on Piped-Gas Industry - 2023/24 financial year, as per Notice No. 4465 of GG50367 dated 25 March 2024.
The Financial Sector Regulation Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), has been updated with the Commencement of certain provisions in terms of section 63 of the Financial Sector Laws Amendment Act 23 of 2021 – Chapter 12A sections 166AA to 166AD; sections 166AF and 166AG; section 166AT; sections 166BC, 166BD and 166BE and section 166BH of the Act – effective 1 April 2024, as per Notice No. 4468 of GG50372, dated 25 March 2024.
The Films and Publication Act, 1996 (Act No. 65 of 1996), has been updated with a Notice in terms of Section 18(1) and Section 24A of the Act and Erratum Notice correcting date from “2025” to “2024”, as per Notice No. 4383 of GG50138, dated 16 February 2024 and Erratum Notice 4525, GG50311 dated 22 March 2024 respectively.
The Electoral Act, 1998 (Act No. 73 of 1998), has been updated with Amendments to Election Regulations, 2004 under Notice R.12 of 2004, as per Notice No. 2369 of GG50301 dated 15 March 2024.
The Dental Technicians Act, 1979 (Act No. 19 of 1979) has been updated with a Notice Regarding Annual Fees Payable to the Council, 2024, as per Notice No. 4515 of GG50297 dated 15 March 2024.
The Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937), has been updated with Amendment of Regulations under Notice No. R.474 of 29 March 1963 – Schedule of Fees of Office as prescribed by regulations 84 and 86 of the Regulations, as per Notice No. R.4447 of GG50239, dated 29 February 2024.
The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993), has been updated with Maximum amount of Earnings and Minimum Assessment on which the Assessment of an Employer shall be calculated, as per Notice No. 2390 of GG50386, dated 27 March 2024.
The Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990 (Act No. 119 of 1990), has been updated Amendments to Regulations under Notice No. R.1259 of 2019- Tables 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 – effective 1 April 2024, as per Notice No. R.4367 of GG50129, dated 16 February 2024.

The Income Tax Act, 1962 (Act No. 58 of 1962), has been updated with the Determination of the Daily Amount in respect of Meals and Incidental Costs for purposes of Section 8(1) of the Act, as per Notice No. 4458, GG50243, dated 1 March 2024.

The Civil Aviation Act, 2009 (Act No. 13 of 2009), has been updated with the Withdrawal of RULES REGULATING THE CONDUCT OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE APPEALS COMMITTEE under Notice No. 1348, GG42773 dated 18 October 2019 – issued in error, as per Notice No. 4460 of GG50243, dated 1 March 2024.
