The chief inspector may designate one or more registered major hazard installations in a certain location as a group of establishments, and require such establishments to share information, including the—
| (a) | basic particulars of the establishment; |
| (b) | responsible person for that establishment; |
| (c) | description of major incidents associated with that type of establishment, and consequences of such incidents; and |
| (d) | information on how affected neighbours will be alerted in the event of a major incident. |
