I, LlNDIWE BENEDICTA HENDRICKS, in my capacity as Minister of the Department of Water Affairs and Forestry extend the time period of general authorisations 1 and 2 relating to section 21 (c) and (i) of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No 36 of 1998), as published in Government Notice 398 dated 26 March 2004 in Government Gazette Notice No 26187 until 31 December 2009.
