PROCLAMATION

by the

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 22 of the National Railway Safety Regulator Amendment Act, 2008 (Act 69 of 2008), I hereby fix—

(a)	21 September 2009 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation, with the exception of section 11; and

(b)	01 November 2010 as the date on which section 11 of the said Act shall come into operation.
