I, Barbara Creecy, Minister of Transport, in terms of section 23(2)(a) of the National Railway Safety Regulator Act, 2002 (Act No. 16 of 2002), hereby determine as indicated in the Schedule, fees that the Railway Safety Regulator must charge for safety permits, with effect from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
The Safety Permit Fees are published for compliance and general information.
