| (1) | An operator must report a safety and security incident in accordance with the provisions of the Act or any other regulations promulgated in terms of the Act, and in the format determined by the Regulator. |
| (2) | In addition to any reports that an operator is required to submit in terms of the Act and the applicable regulations and standards, the Regulator may require an operator to submit ad hoc reports on any aspect of these Regulations. |
