6.1	The permit fee rates determined for the 2025/2026 financial year shall apply to all entities as stipulated in clause 4 and clause 5. Operators will pay the Permit fee paid in 2024/25 FY + 4.6%.

6.2	Newly formed entities or entities undergoing legal separation are to engage the RSR to ensure that their safety permit fees are equitably distributed and calculated.
