I DAVID MSIZA, the Chief Inspector of Mines, in terms of Section 49(6) read together with Sections 9(2) and 9(3) of the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996) as amended, hereby issue the Guideline for a Mandatory Code of Practice for Change Management in South African Mining Industry, as set out in the schedule below.
