(1)	Payment of the levy shall be made not later than sixty (60) days following the month end of delivery of a quantity of apricots for export or delivery to be sold on a municipal market or via a retailer or via a processor; and

(2)	Payment shall be made by means of electronic transfer to DFPT Finance NPC, into the DFPT Finance NPC bank account obtainable from HORTGRO on request.
