This statutory measure shall apply to:
| (a) | maize, but shall exclude maize seed destined for planting purposes, maize on the cob for human consumption and maize used for silage; |
| (b) | sorghum but exclude sorghum for planting purposes or sorghum utlised as silage; |
| (c) | oilseeds; and |
| (d) | winter cereal. |
