Purchase

(1)	The amount payable to lodge an appeal referred to in section 22(2) of the Act shall be the fee specified in item 10(a) of the Table.

(2)	The allowances payable to a member of an appeal Authority referred to in section 22(5) of the Act shall be the fees specified in item 10(b) of the Table.
