| (1) | The South African Police Service Employment Regulations, 2017 (published in Government Notice No. R. 1138 on 27 October 2017), are hereby repealed. |
| (2) | Anything done under the South African Police Service Employment Regulations, 2017, which could be done under a provision of these Regulations, shall be deemed to have been done under these Regulations. |
| (3) | Any process, provided for in the South African Police Service Employment Regulations, 2017 (published by Government Notice No. R. 1138 on 27 October 2017), that was initiated prior to the coming into operation of these Regulations but was not yet completed at the time of the coming into operation of these Regulations, shall be processed and finalized in terms of these Regulations. |
