| (1) | If a beneficiary of a grant is admitted at an institution that has a contract with the state to care for and maintain such beneficiary, the grant must be reduced to an amount equal to 25 percent of the maximum amount. |
| (2) | A grant reduced according to regulation (1) must be reinstated immediately from the date of discharge of the beneficiary from the State institution. |
