| (1) | The Minister must, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, determine the amount of a child support grant by notice in the Gazette. |
| (2) | The primary caregiver qualifies for the amount referred to in subregulation (1 ), if his or her personal income is below an amount determined by the Minister by notice in the Gazette. |
