8. Record-keeping of delegations and correction of acts and omissions
|(1)||A head of a department shall keep a register of all delegations made in terms of section 42A of the Act in the format directed by the Minister.|
|(2)||An executive authority shall keep copies of all documents relating to the correction of an act or omission in terms of section 5(7) of the Act.|
