PROCLAMATION

by the

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 7(5)(c) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (promulgated under Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), I hereby amend, at the request of the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs and on the advice of the Minister for the Public Service and Administration and the Minister of Finance, Part A of Schedule to the said Act by insertion in columns 1, 2 and 3 of Part A of Schedule 3, after the words "Intelligence Academy", "Head: Intelligence Academy" and "State Security Agency", of the words "Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent", "Head: Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent" and "Department of Cooperative Governance", respectively.
