In this Schedule, unless the context otherwise indicates:
"DG"
means the Director-General: State Security Agency identified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 to the Public Service Act, 1994;
"Head"
means the Head: South African Secret Service identified in Column 2 of Part A of Schedule 3 to the Public Service Act, 1994;
"Minister"
means the Minister of State Security; and
"SASS"
means the government component identified in Column 1 of Part A of Schedule 3 to the Public Service Act, 1994, as the South African Secret Service.
