The maximum mass of seed of a kind of plant specified in column 1 of Table 4 which may be prepacked per container, shall, with due observance of the provisions of the Trade Metrology Act, 1973 (Act No. 77 of 1973), not exceed the mass specified in column 9 of the said Table opposite the name of the kind concerned.
