Records kept in terms of these regulations shall be preserved at the premises of the establishment concerned, or such other place as may on application be approved by the registrar, until at least three years after the date on which the lot concerned was removed, delivered, prepacked or sold out, or the sample concerned was tested, examined or analysed, as the case may be.
