(1)	A duty holder must pay a prescribed fee each time a notification, a renewal or a revision of a risk assessment is sent to the chief inspector: Provided that the chief inspector may grant an exemption from payment of such fees or may determine any other fee, if necessary.

(2)	The chief inspector may waive but not refund the whole or any part of any fee paid or payable under these Regulations.
