I, M M S Mdladlana, Minister of Labour, after consultation with the Advisory Council for Occupational Health and Safety, hereby, under section 44 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993), incorporate into the Pressure Equipment Regulations, 2009, the health and safety standards specified in the Schedule.
