I, Nkosazana Clarice Dlamini Zuma, Minister of Health, hereby under section 3(1A)(b) of the Hazardous Substances Act, 1973 (Act No. 15 of 1973), exempt any person who has received a written approval form the head of the health authority of the concerned province to load cyanide cartridges for use in a poison firing apparatus, from the provisions of section 3(1)(a) of the said Act.
