Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development
The Minister of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development acting under Section 9(1) of the Animal Diseases Act, 1984 (Act No. 35 of 1984) hereby—
| (a) | repeal the control measures relating to foot and mouth disease as prescribed in Government Notice No 2075 of 10 May 2022, and Government Notice No 2391 of 18 August 2022; and |
| (b) | prescribe the control measures set out in the Schedule hereto. |
