Animal Diseases Act, 1984 (Act No. 35 of 1984)28. Application of Act in respect of State |
This Act, excluding —
| (a) | the provisions of any section in so far as it— |
| (i) | imposes a duty to pay any fees; or |
| (ii) | grants a right to claim any compensation; and |
| (b) | the penal provisions, |
shall bind the State.
