Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development
The Minister of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development acting under Section 9(1) of the Animal Diseases Act, 1984 (Act No. 35 of 1984) hereby—
| (a) | repeal the control measures relating to foot and mouth disease as prescribed in Government Notice No 2465 of 8 September 2022; and |
| (b) | prescribe the control measures set out in the Schedule hereto. |
