Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development
The Minister of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development acting under Section 9(1) of the Animal Diseases Act, 1984 (Act No. 35 of 1984) hereby—
| (a) | repeal the control measures relating to foot and mouth disease in certain areas as prescribed in Government Notice No R. 76 of 1 February 2019, No. R. 569 of 30 June 2021 and No. R. 827 of 7 September 2021; and |
| (b) | prescribe the control measures set out in the Schedule hereto. |
