Movements of cattle, sheep and goats in the provinces and areas other than those specified under paragraph 3 of this schedule must be accompanied by the following documents:
| (1) | Owner declaration attesting to the origin and health status of the animals; |
| (2) | Undertaking of the recipient at destination that the animals will be isolated on the farm of destination for at least 28 days before introducing them onto the main herd. |
