COMMENCEMENT OF THE AGRÉMENT SOUTH AFRICA ACT, 2015 (ACT NO 11 OF 2015)

In terms of section 30 of the Agrément South Africa Act, 2015 (Act No 11 of 2015), I hereby fix the 1st of April 2017 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.

The Department of Public Works hereby publishes the effective date of the Agrément South Africa Act, 2015 (Act no 11 of 2015) to be 01 April 2017, as proclaimed by the President.

A copy of the Act can be obtained from Department website www.publicworks.gov.za.
