Agrement South Africa Act, 2015 (Act No. 11 of 2015)9. Board of Agrement South Africa |
| (1) | Agrément South Africa is governed by the Board. |
| (2) | The Board is the accounting authority of Agrément South Africa and consists of— |
| (a) | a minimum of seven members, but not more than eleven members, appointed by the Minister; and |
| (b) | the Chief Executive Officer by virtue of his or her office. |
| (3) | The Chief Executive Officer is a non-voting member on the Board. |
