Agrement South Africa Act, 2015 (Act No. 11 of 2015)7. Renewal of certificate |
| (1) | A certificate holder must, at least three months prior to the expiry of the existing Agrément Certificate, apply to Agrément South Africa for the renewal of such certificate. |
| (2) | Agrément South Africa may condone the late application for the renewal of the certificate referred to in subsection (1). |
| (3) | An application for renewal referred to in subsection (1) must be in the prescribed form and accompanied by the prescribed fee. |
