| (1) | A person who is or was involved in the exercise of a power or performance of a duty in terms of this Act, may not disclose any information which he or she obtained in the exercise of such power or performance of such function. |
| (2) | Subsection (1) does not apply to information disclosed— |
| (b) | for the purpose of proper administration or enforcement of this Act; |
| (c) | in terms of a law or as evidence in a court of law; or |
| (d) | for the purpose of the administration of justice. |
