15. Remuneration and allowances of members of Board

Purchase

(1)	A member of the Board, other than a person who is in the employ of an organ of state and in receipt of a salary from public funds, must receive such remuneration and allowances as the Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister responsible for finance, may determine.

(2)	Members of the Board who are employed by an organ of state must be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses.
