| (1) | A member of the Advisory Body shall be remunerated equivalent to the scales applicable to members of a Committee of Inquiry as determined, from time to time, by the National Treasury in terms of regulation 20.2.2 of the Treasury Regulations. |

| (2) | A member of an Advisory Body shall be compensated for subsistence, travel and other expenses in terms of the applicable policies of the Department of Public Service and Administration. |
