1. Definitions

Purchase

In this Schedule, unless the context otherwise indicates-

"DG"

means the Director-General: State Security Agency identified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 to the Public Service Act, 1994;

"Head"

means the Head: National Intelligence Agency identified in Column 2 of Part A of Schedule 3 to the Public Service Act, 1994;

"NIA"

means the government component identified in Column 1 of Part A of Schedule 3 to the Public Service Act, 1994 as the National Intelligence Agency; and

"Minister"

means the Minister of State Security.
