| (1) | Any legal proceedings against the Authority must be instituted in accordance with the Institution of Legal Proceedings Against Certain Organs of State Act, 2002 (Act No. 40 of 2002). |
| (2) | The Authority is, for the purposes of subsection (1), deemed to be an organ of state contemplated in paragraph (c) of the definition thereof in section 1 of the said Act. |
