In these regulations, any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act has that meaning, unless the context otherwise indicates—
"Consumer Price Index"
means the rate of headline inflation as per the Consumer Price Index as published by Statistics South Africa from time to time;
"Fees"
means the amounts payable to Council;
"Council"
means the South African Pharmacy Council; and
"the Act"
means the Pharmacy Act, 1974 (Act No.53 of 1974).
