| 20. | The unit standards for a certificate of qualification are set out in Annexure B. |
| 21. | A provider may provide learning programmes for purposes of conferring a certificate of qualification in accordance with a curriculum that must ensure the required outcomes of the unit standards set out in Annexure B. |
| 22. | A provider that holds a certificate of approval is entitled to provide education and training for purposes of conferring at certificate of qualification. |
