The Fire Protection Association Regulations have been added as gazetted in GG 24870 dated 16 May 2003.
National Forest and Fire Laws Amendment Act, No. 12 of 2001 – GG 22479 dated 18 July 2001 has been applied to the Act.
The National Veld and Forest Fire Act, 1998, has been added to the site on 4 February 2000, as published in Gazette 19515. Sections 1-2, 14-37 came into operation on 1 April 1999. Sections 12 and 13 came into operation on 2 July 1999.
