| 1) | The investigations to be conducted by a provincial licensing authority before granting a transfer of a licence or approving an acquisition in terms of section 59(3) shall include, at a minimum, the conduct of such investigations as are necessary to ensure compliance with section 50(2) of the Act. |
| 2) | The provincial licensing authority granting a transfer or approving an acquisition of a licence shall notify the Board of such transfer or approval. |
